This Festival Came out of the need to continue an event which had its Genesis in Tobago Summer Fashions, which was held at Crown Reef Water in August of 1988.

Tobago Fashion Festival would be held from July 12th - 20th at Canoe Bay Resorts at Cove Tobago.
